Wholesale Application

In order to qualify to become a wholesale customer you must complete ALL the following steps.   Once the following steps are complete you will receive an approval or denial response on your application via email.   If approved, you will be able to log in and view our wholesale pricing. 
  1. Please complete a copy of our Wholesale Application. Make sure to include all sites online where your business has a presence.
  2. Email the completed Wholesale Application along with a copy your TIN paperwork to wholesale@mjsewingsupply.com
  3. Create an account with us using your business State Tax ID (TIN). Please create the account on our website by clicking here. (Please note that your account will be set at our retail level until it is approved.)



If you do not have a TIN obtaining one is usually a straight-forward and easy process. Please contact your local State office for more information on how to obtain your TIN.
